Resolving Disputes
Customers who delay payments may need a debt repayment program, or they may be unhappy with some aspect of their transaction. When the reasons for their payment delays are addressed in a constructive courteous manner, your relationship with the customer can often be preserved. When our staff discovers the problem during the account collection process, you or your staff are guided by us to the resolution.
